Key Terms at a Glance
Free Trial & Billing
- New users get a 3-day free trial with full, unrestricted access to every feature.
- After your trial, your selected plan starts automatically. Payment details are collected at sign-up so the transition is seamless.
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, by starting to use the Services within that period you ask us to begin supply straight away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once supply has begun. Separately, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to services supplied with reasonable care and skill are unaffected.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation after the 14-day guarantee period does not entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.
- All charges appear on your statement as "RapidWorksheet" in USD.
How You Can Use RapidWorksheet
- Use our Services for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes โ in the classroom, at home, or for tutoring.
- You may print, photocopy, and distribute generated content to pupils within your teaching context.
- Don't use them for anything unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with the platform or other users.
- Don't use automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorised methods to access our Services.
- Don't reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of our platform (code, design, branding) without written consent.
- Don't resell or sublicense access to your RapidWorksheet account to third parties.
AI-Generated Content
- RapidWorksheet uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to draft worksheets and related teaching material against the curriculum you select, such as the National Curriculum for England.
- AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. We recommend that educators review all generated material before using it with pupils.
- While we work hard to ensure accuracy and curriculum alignment, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected content. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated material.
- You retain full ownership of any customisations you make to AI-generated content (e.g. edited text, added lesson notes).
- We may use anonymised, aggregated usage patterns to improve our AI models, but we will never use your personal content to train models without your explicit consent.
Your Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to the content you create โ stories, word lists, lesson customisations, and classroom materials.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to provide the Services (e.g. generating PDFs, rendering previews).
- We will only use your content in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
- Generated stories can be customised with your own text, images, and lesson plans โ those modifications remain yours.
- All RapidWorksheet content, trademarks, logos, UI design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our materials without explicit written permission, except as allowed by these Terms.
Your Protection & Legal Rights
Data Protection & Privacy
- Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
- Your personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process your data on the lawful basis of contract performance and legitimate interest. Where we transfer data outside the UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or transfer to countries with adequate protection.
- We use Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) to process all payments. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
- We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyse usage. In accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time.
- If you are not satisfied with our handling of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by emailing icocasework@ico.org.uk.
Liability & Consumer Protection
- Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in USD in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your Regional Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases and your right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. However, if you are a UK consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming, or the courts of England and Wales as required by law.
Pricing & Tax
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD), including for customers in the United Kingdom. We are a United States business and are not currently registered for UK VAT; no VAT is added to, or included in, the price you pay, and we do not issue UK VAT invoices. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so the amount debited may differ from the amount shown at checkout.
The Fine Print
Everything you'd expect in a comprehensive Terms of Service โ written in plain language.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
RapidWorksheet is designed for use by teachers, parents, and educators aged 13 or older. It is not intended for direct use by children. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Age Appropriate Design Code regarding the processing of children's data.
Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@rapidworksheet.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RapidWorksheet responsibly and ethically. You must not use the Services to generate content that is discriminatory, offensive, harmful to children, or that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
Read our Acceptable Use Policy โSchool & Institutional Licences
If you are using RapidWorksheet under a school licence, additional terms may apply as outlined in your institutional agreement. School administrators are responsible for managing teacher access and ensuring compliance with these Terms within their organisation.
Educational Content & Curriculum Alignment
RapidWorksheet drafts worksheets against the curriculum you select, such as the National Curriculum for England, covering Reception to Year 11. Output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a person before you see it, so it may contain errors or may not match a standard as you read it. Curriculum documents also change over time. We do not certify, guarantee or warrant alignment with any curriculum, syllabus or standard, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any curriculum authority or education department. Always review a worksheet against your own school requirements before classroom use.
Modifications to Services
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our Services integrate with third-party providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, cloud hosting providers). These integrations are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We also link to third-party websites for convenience โ we are not responsible for their content or practises.
Promotional Pricing
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing including "Founding Member" offers, seasonal sales, or limited-time discounts. All prices are displayed in USD. These promotions are genuine and time-limited. Once a promotion ends, standard pricing applies. Future promotions may differ in terms, pricing, and benefits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RapidWorksheet harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services immediately cease. Any content you have already downloaded (e.g. PDF books) remains yours. We may delete your account data 90 days after termination unless you request earlier deletion.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@rapidworksheet.com. If we cannot resolve your concern within 30 days, UK consumers may seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (where applicable) or Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
Accessibility
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Equality Act 2010 to ensure our Services are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please contact us at support@rapidworksheet.com and we will work to address them promptly.
Read our Accessibility Statement โAutomatic Renewal โ Please Read
Your subscription renews automatically. When your 3-day free trial ends, your paid plan begins and the card you provided is charged the price shown at checkout. It is then charged again at the start of every billing period โ monthly or annually, as you selected โ and this continues indefinitely until you cancel. We do not need to contact you before each renewal for it to take effect. To stop renewing, cancel before the next billing date from Settings โ Billing & plan, or email support@rapidworksheet.com. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.
Refunds & Cancellation (Detailed)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings โ Billing & plan. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Worksheets you have already downloaded or exported are yours to keep. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For any refund requests, contact us at support@rapidworksheet.com.
Read our Refund Policy โSeverability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable institutional agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and RapidWorksheet regarding the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email or via our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions You Might Have
Do I need to be a certain age to use RapidWorksheet?
Yes โ you must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. RapidWorksheet is designed for teachers, parents, and educators to create content for children, not for children to use directly.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Any PDFs you've already downloaded are yours forever. After that, your account remains but you won't be able to generate new content until you resubscribe.
Can I use RapidWorksheet content commercially?
You can use our tools for personal and educational purposes, including selling printed materials through marketplaces like TPT, TES, or Teach Starter, or providing them to tutoring clients. What you can't do is repackage our AI output as your own competing software product.
What if I forget to cancel my free trial?
That's exactly why we have the 14-day money-back guarantee. If you were charged and didn't mean to continue, just email us and we'll refund you in USD. No questions asked.
Who owns the content I generate?
You retain full ownership of the stories, worksheets, and materials you create. We only process your content to deliver the service. Any customisations โ edited text, added lesson notes, personal word lists โ are entirely yours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, process payments through PCI-DSS compliant Stripe, and never store your credit card details. We collect only the minimum data needed to deliver the service. Your personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can my school get a bulk licence?
Absolutely. We offer dedicated school plans with custom onboarding, volume pricing, and priority support. Contact us at support@rapidworksheet.com for a personalised quote.
Does RapidWorksheet follow the National Curriculum for England?
You choose the curriculum and year level, and RapidWorksheet drafts the worksheet against it, covering Reception to Year 11. Because worksheets are produced by AI without human review, treat curriculum alignment as a starting point rather than a guarantee โ always check a worksheet before you use it with students.
How do I report an issue with the service?
Email support@rapidworksheet.com anytime. We're a small team, but we take every message seriously and typically respond within 24 hours.
We're Building This for Educators
RapidWorksheet exists because of teachers, parents, and tutors who believe every child deserves to learn to read. These Terms exist to protect you and the community we're building together. Thank you for being part of it.
